So strong it will stop a forklift in its tracks! Made strong enough to sustain a direct hit and still maintain structural integrity. Pipe rail is sleeved in 1/4" high-density polyethylene, resists chemicals -- temperature changes and never needs painting. Each guardrail is a modular unit -- units may be combined to create custom lengths or configurations.

Constructed with 4" schedule 80 pipe posts and  two 6" schedule 40 pipe rail on 10" x 10" x 5/8" base plates w/4 15/16" anchor holes. Delivered fully assembled to your site, easily installed with either a base mount or removable core insert (removable option available).

Custom configurations are available to meet specific guarding requirements. Standard height is 42", call for pricing on 27",or 36" high units.
