OSHA regulation §1910.253(b)(2)(ii) Inside buildings, cylinders shall be stored in a well-protected, dry location, at least 20 feet (6.1m) from highly combustible materials such as oil or excelsior.....

The well-protected part of this regulation is an ideal application for guard rail with lift out sections. Protect the gases from errant forklift traffic and have access to transfer product when needed.
