		<description><![CDATA[<p><a href="http://www.osha.gov/pls/oshaweb/owadisp.show_document?p_table=STANDARDS&amp;p_id=9854" target="_blank" title="1910.253">OSHA</a> regulation &sect;1910.253(b)(2)(ii) Inside buildings, cylinders shall be stored in a <strong>well-protected</strong>, dry location, at least 20 feet (6.1m) from highly combustible materials such as oil or excelsior.....</p><p>The well-protected part of this regulation is an ideal application for guard rail with lift out sections.
